Telstra is the biggest telecom in Australia. They crowdsource their help and support services to their thriving user community known as CrowdSupport.
The challenge was to clean up the web forum based UI, highlight expert users, showcase the thriving community and extend the Telstra brand. In addition, we created an idea board, incentives (badges) for experts, and a dashboard to quickly get common answers for your Telstra products.
I led the competitive analysis, concepting, wire framing and visual design.
